We only accept returns if your product arrives damaged or defective.
Our pieces are limited, made with intent, and crafted with precision — please refer to size charts and measurements before ordering,
as we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues.
If your product arrived damaged:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your relic at info@enhence.in
2. Attach photos of the damaged item along with your order ID
3. Ensure the item is unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging
If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and guide you through the return shipping process. Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted.
